All three of North Dakota's Republican Public Service Commissioners are considering running for the at-large House seat being vacated by freshman Rep. Rick Berg.
Brian Kalk is already in the race, having switched following Berg's announcement for Senate. But Tony Clark and former congressional candidate Kevin Cramer are also weighing a campaign.
While Berg is likely to have a clear shot at the GOP nomination, the race for his seat is expected to be a scrum.
